Parties

The Owner has exclusively appointed TPS Gayrimenkul Danışmanlığı AŞ (“TPS”) as their advisors to manage the sell-side process and coordinate all discussions with interested parties.
Only direct buyers or their officially authorized representatives will be entertained.
Unsolicited intermediaries or unauthorized brokers will not be considered, nor will they have any entitlement to fees or commissions in the event of a successful transaction.

KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation
